Optical Fiber Cable

The global demand of optical fibre cable is rapidly increasing owing to continuous bandwidth demand for the Internet and telecommunication. Our Multimode Optical Fibre consists of a germanium doped core and a matched silica cladding using Modified Chemical Vapour Deposition (MCVD) process. Our Multimode Optical Fibre has a graded-index profile with 50 or 62.5 core diameter and 125 cladding diameter. These Fibres have the highest bandwidth and lowest attenuation, which is satisfying the use at 850nm and 1300nm.

The characteristic impedance of our co-axial cables is well controlled for high frequency equipment and the communication equipment which the miniaturization is required, etc. As employing fluorocarbon resin for dielectric layer, they have good transmission characteristics, heat-resistance, fire resistance and chemical resistance. There is small diameter type down to AWG42 of core wire size.

LAN (Local Area Network) cable is used for voice and data applications in local area networks. The construction involves solid bare copper conductors, colour-coded PVC insulation, twisted into pairs, and PVC jacket.

Optical Communication Cable Connector

*Our optical fibre is suitable for use on local area networks (LAN) and intermediate distance communications. Fused silica glass is used for the transmission medium, achieving a low loss characteristic and improved reliability in the high frequency range.
*All connectors conform to JIS standards, and are available for a wide range of applications

Optical Fiber Sensors

*Optical fiber sensors have many merits such as noise-resistant characteristic, compactness and light weight compared with other types of sensors, because optical fiber sensors detect solid bodies and liquid by laser.
*A variety of sensors are available for selection according to the characteristics of what is being detected. Our optical fiber sensors are available to meet a wide range of user requirements, including heat resistance, chemical resistance, high strength, and flexibility.

Optical Light Source Box 

*Available with plastic, compound glass, and fused silica glass optical fibers.
*It is recommended to use a proper optical fiber from among plastic fiber, synthetic fiber and silica fiber depending on the situation. Namely, use plastic fiber when heat-resistance is regarded as not so important, or use synthetic fiber or silica fiber when heat-resistance is taken very seriously (ultraviolet transmittable silica fiber for hardening resin), or use silica fiber for low transmission loss and wide band.
*Four types of standard guide lights are prepared to satisfy customers' various demands. Choose a proper type and use it together with our light source box (KBEX series).
*Other custom-designed light guides are also available.

Optical Modem 

RS-232C demand expansion and the utilize optical fiber cable instead of metallic cab possible.
When using optical fiber for transferring, communication over distances of 1km is possible, compared to 15m previously.
The HM-003 optical modem can attain high date transfer speeds of 76.8 kbps for signal switching.
