Heater Mica Plate

Heater Mica Plate is Produced using mica and a special heat resistant adhesive. It is widely used as a heat resistant barrier for hair dryers, electric irons, electric cookers and other heating appliances because of its superior heat reflection ability and heat resistance.
It generates very little smoke even at excessive temperature. It has the acquired UL94V-0 approval with the file No.E115870.

Flexible Mica Plate

Flexible Mica Plate is a good heat resistant insulating material, which retains its permanent flexibility at room temperature.
It is widely used for transformers, electric furnaces and electric home appliances.

Mica Plate For Press Working

It is made by bonding mica with either epoxy or silicone resins which is then heat pressed.
Because of its consistent thickness and high mechanical strength it is very good when used in sawing and / or punching procedures

It is made of mica and a fully cured resin which is used as an adhesive
It does not require any special machinery form electric motor manufacturing

Dry Mica Tape

Dry mica tape was developed for vacuum pressure impregnation of electric motors. Its impregnation ability is very good as it contains small amounts of adhesive.
It can be made with various adhesive, supporting materials and accelerators, according to specific requirement.
SKF type contains Aramid fibre in the mica and has an excellent resin impregnation ability without spreading the mica particles

Prepreg Mica Tape 

Prepreg mica tape is made of calcined muscovite mica paper impregnated with heat resistant epoxy resin and bonded with various supporting materials, such as glass cloth, polyester film and polyester fleece.
When prepreg mica tape is subjected to heat and pressure, the resin flows and cures to void-free insulating materials.SR854T has excellent cut-through resistance which makes it suitable to be used as a conductor insulation materials.

Heat Sink Insulators & Shields

Natural sheet mica is cut, stamped or punched to specified size, shape and thickness for wide range of heat sink insulations for power transistors. Mica shields provide the best protection possible to flat, transparent, sight glasses of level gauges in high temperature / high pressure steam boilers.

Mica splitting tape is made by bonding mica splittings with various resins and supporting materials such as glass cloth, polyester film, and polyester non-woven cloth.
Mica splitting tapes are mainly used for insulation on high voltage electric motor, reactor, and high voltage generator for power plant.

Polyester Film & Insulating Paper 

SWECOROLL is two layer composite of polyester film and insulating paper. It is a low cost Class E material which has many advantages over polyester film. These advantages are better varnish absorption and flexibility. It can be used on automatic inserting machines as a slot-liner and wedge. It has acquired Korean Industrial Standard KS mark on 10 items.

Flexible Nomex Aramid Paper 

SWECOMEX is a flexible, three layer composite using Nomex aramid paper on both sides of the polyester film.
It is a Class F material used as coil separator, slot liner and for phase insulation

Polyester  Non-woven Cloth Paper 

- DMD is a three layer composite paper made of polyester non-woven cloth laminated on both side of polyester film. It is suitable for winding of Class F electric motor because of flexibility and good resin absorption ability.
- Varnish Saturated DMD is also available for automatic inserting as a slothiner and wedge.

Insulating Laminate

EGL is rigid glass cloth laminate board bonded with Epoxy resin with high pressure. It has high electrical and mechanical strength along with good heat resistance. EGL-40 is UL approved with File No. E102885. EGL-10 is equivalent to NEMA Grade G-10 and EGL-40 to FR-4.
MFGL is high heat resistant grade. EGL is used us an insulation board on electric panel, switch board and wedge on electric motor.

Prepreg Material

Prepreg Material is a semi-cured B-stage material. Resin is coated onto the glass cloth, DMD or polyester non-woven cloth and semi-cured.
Heat curing will turn it into a rigid heat resistant insulating material

Mica Tape For Cable 

SA864G is made by bonding phlogopite mica with glass cloth as the supporting material without joint splice.
It is suitable to use as a heat resistant barrier for fire-proof cables, and other high temperature insulation

Glass Fibre Tape

GT is glass-fibre tape woven by electrical grade E-Glass yarns. It has high tensile strength and flame resistance suitable for fire-proof cable wrapping and insulation of electric machineries such as arc welder, electric motor and dry-type transformer.
SRGCT is a silicone rubber coated glass-fibre cloth tape for fire-proof of high temperature cable insulation. It has high BDV and fire resistance along with good flexibility.

Non-conductive Water Blocking Tape 

WBT is a non-conductive water blocking tape used to stop water penetration into cables. The tape swells immediately when water penetrate into cables and stops further spread of water. It is composed of synthetic water absorbent agent bonded between 2 layers of non-woven fabrics.

Semi-conductive Water Blocking Tape 

SWBT is a semi-conductive water blocking tape used to stop water penetration into cables. The tape swells immediately when water penetrate into cables and stops further spread of water. It is composed of synthetic water absorbent agent bonded between 2layers of non-woven fabrics.

Shielding Tape

SHIELDING TAPE is a flexible tape made of aluminum foil or copper foil laminated with polyester film. It is used for shielding of power cables and telecommunication cables.

Adhesive Tape 

We offer various kinds of adhesive tapes for electrical insulation from Class B to Class H. These tapes process good adhesive strength and excellent electrical insulation properties.
They are UL510 FR approved with file No.E106260.
Combination tapes are available by special request.

Woven Tape

Woven Tapes are made by conventional weaving process with strict quality control. Various yarns such as cotton, polyester and glass-fibre are used for customer requirement. These tapes are mainly used for winding and strapping of coils of motors and transformers.

Polyester Glass Mixed Multi-Yarn 

DGY is assembly of fusible polyester mixed glass-fibre yarn for magnet wire insulation. DGY is wound on copper conductor and varnished and baked to make rigid insulation. DGY yarn is fused during baking cycle and bonds tightly to copper conductor. So DGY insulated magnet wire is very tough, flexible, abrasion resistant and suitable for class F insulation.

Varnished Insulating Tube 

Varnished Insulating Tube is a flexible insulating tube coated with various flexible resins on a closely woven glass braid.
